Mr. Baddley has litigated cases in California, Florida and the southeastern area of the United States in both state and federal courts. Tom has obtained numerous seven-figure judgments and eight-figure settlements.

notable SETTLEMENTs:

• 1-million-dollar judgment based on libel and defamation in favor of a former bank Vice President

• 1 million defamation/libel judgment in favor of a credit union executive

• Numerous derivative actions representing minority shareholders and corporations resulting in six figure judgments; and/or the sale of the corporation assets to a third-party

• Jury verdict in excess of 10 million, enhanced by an award of 2.8 million in attorneys’ fees and costs against automobile manufacturer in favor of a car dealer

• $500,000-dollar judgment in favor of former employee of municipal parking authority

• Numerous arbitration awards and settlements regarding defective construction of residential dwellings, commercial buildings, and in favor of clients brining claims

• Other disputes primarily in the commercial and business sector

Tom also serves as an appointed Receiver for real estate portfolio in class action lawsuit.
