Campbell has extensive experience litigating civil matters in trial and appellate courts as well as arbitration, and prosecutes and defends claims brought by closely held business owners and individuals in civil actions, including minority shareholder litigation, internal corporate governance disputes, and contractual and employment disputes.

Wadsworth represents individuals and entities involved in business disputes, and handles shareholder disputes and derivative actions, contract disputes, class actions and complex litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, ERISA and antitrust matters.
