Lawsuit filed over water situation in north Alabama

A class-action lawsuit has been filed in connection with the ongoing water contamination controversy in north Alabama.

Birmingham-based law firm Campbell Guin is heading up the lawsuit filed against West Morgan-East Lawrence Water and Sewer Authority, which was filed in Lawrence County Circuit Court on June 4.
