Alabama One Credit Union issues continue as conservators hire Campbell Guin for recent lawsuit

Turmoil surrounding one of Alabama's largest credit unions continued this week, as Alabama One Credit Union retained the services of Birmingham law firm Campbell Guin for its most recent law suit - this time against former attorneys for the credit union and real estate appraisers who the credit union allege have contributed to the institution's significant losses and mismanagement that led to the state taking over the Tuscaloosa-based credit union in August.
