Erin Godwin is an associate in the firm’s Business Torts, Corporate Litigation, and Trial practice.  Erin’s practice focuses on representing both individuals and corporate clients in a broad range of litigation matters including business torts, shareholder disputes, and trust and estate litigation. She also has experience advising clients, attorneys, and organizations nationwide in complying with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act. 

Prior to joining Campbell Partners, Erin served as a software development project manager. As a project manager, she led teams in the implementation of various software products and updates including the systems integration of a multi-million dollar corporate acquisition and an electronic performance evaluation system. 

After receiving her undergraduate degree from Berry College with a degree in Marketing, Erin graduated cum laude from Cumberland School of Law. While in law school, Erin served as Senior Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow. Erin also earned her MBA from the Brock School of Business at Samford University where she was inducted into the international business honor society Beta Gamma Sigma
